Flex Drive Dataload Services*

Save time and money with Flex Drive’s Content Load Services. No more large binders for seminar attendees to carry; no more printing deadlines to meet; no more catalogs that never get opened, or marketing brochures that never come out of the bag. A flash drive, complete with your training materials, conference courses, or marketingmaterials, virtually assures your message will be seen.

Simple Duplication A simple content load is just copying content from one media to another, or duplication of content. No special drives or drivers needed when doing duplication.

Unerasable Data that is loaded on drive cannot be removed by end user. You can either have the entire drive written with unerasable data, or you can request that any available remaining space be partitioned to allow users to write to that portion of the drive. In the latter case, when plugged in, the drive will appear as two drives – the unerasable portion with locked files, and the open, usable portion available for file transfer. WE MUST KNOW AT THE TIME OF ORDER THAT DATA WILL BE UNERASABLE.

Autorun

Content load that automatically opens to a window when plugged in (like the one to the left) that allows the user to choose which action to perform. Depending upon the content, there could be more than one choice. Options: Name the drive, name the file(s), use icon to identify drive/file(s), setup the first option to be the default option. NOTE: Auto Run may not work on all computers, and will not work on Mac computers. This function is dependent upon the configuration of each computer into which the drive is plugged.

Auto-Launch Have your drive automatically launch a presentation, go to a website, or launch a video. When your drive is formatted to auto-launch, you control what the end user experiences. Auto-Launch is different from autorun – you choose what happens (video, website, etc.) every time the drive is plugged in. In order to Auto-Launch, the data MUST be unerasable. That means we need to know at the time of order that you want the data to Auto-Launch. Depending upon the size of drive, and size of data, there may be room left on the drive for more storage. NOTE: Auto Launch may not work on all computers, and will not work on Mac computers. This function is dependent upon the configuration of each computer into which the drive is plugged.

Auto Play Splash Pages We can configure your drive to automatically open to a page that gives the end user up to four options – such as “Go to our website”, “Get more information here” or “View our Pictures”, etc. Choose from several Auto Play Splash Page templates, provide us with your artwork and content files, and we do the rest. NOTE: Splash Pages may not work on all computers, and will not work on Mac computers. This function is dependent upon the configuration of each computer into which the drive is plugged.
